I've recently moved to Birmingham and had put off finding a new hairdresser's, because it's so difficult to find one that mixes good customer service with creative hairstyles. However I got a Harris Gibbs flyer through the door and they looked great! I booked in and have never had a better experience! Loved the massage chairs, and they did an incredible job with my hair, so I will definitely go back! Lots of discounts available too, and I've been recommending them to everyone!

All the stylists are fantastic, the work they do is cutting edge and the atmosphere is friendly. Most hair salons are pretentious and unfriendly. H&G is the exact opposite. Give them a try - you'll never go back to your old place!!!

I came for blow dry and after an hour my hair gone fizzy. I have done blow dry so many different places and this one by far was the worst one.

My favourite salon by far. There's plenty in the local area but Harris and Gibbs are probably the best. It's not uncommon for me to get compliments from strangers who pass me by. Alex is an outlier within his field, a true professional.
