Shabby salon in need of a makeover. Staff's hair and attire are a poor advert. Do your hair and look smart. Cut I had was dated and the stylist didn't listen to what I wanted. My ears were bent back like a child's to cut around. I have never had this before. It hurt. my hair was dried by another person. No product was used to create texture or style as I requested. My cut was not finished with product or the cut checked and tidied before I left. Straighteners weren't used either for a better finish. Got home, restyled and cut into the layers myself to get rid of the old fashioned straight edges. Need to update the cuts and finishes to keep up with modern trends
