I’ve been a customer of Suyos for over five years now and Nick has always cut my hair fabulously. I love it so much I now travel from Stafford to get my haircut by him! From the staff on reception to the trainees, colourists and hairdressers you always can be guaranteed to receive the most excellent and professional service every time. There is always a fantastic atmosphere and vibe there. It is always such a treat to come to Suyos!

On Thursday last I had my regular appointment with Julie so she could make the best of what remains of my hair (I’m a 60 year old bloke). As always she did a great job of making me look smart and business-like (all I ask and a major task in itself) and we had a great chat and a catch up. Lovely to be greeted by Aileen on reception, my junior did a great relaxation job whilst washing, the coffee and biscuit was reviving and as I said, Julie knows what I like and always delivers though always checks to see if the brief had changed. I said hi to Adrian - who has ‘done for’ my wife for longer than the 40 years I have known her - and walked back to my car relaxed and refreshed to carry in with business. It struck me that consistency, unfailing good service, terrific value and long-term relationships are much underated in todays world and I am delighted to say that the Suyo team maintain all of the above and then some. Kelly did my colour and Raymond cut my hair beautifully. I was rather disappointed I waited 30 minutes after getting the colour washed out for Raymond to cut, as he had another customer. I can only assume he was double booked. I was rather uncomfortable having a bad back injury. When I was paying, I was shocked at the price charged, only to find I'd been charged the wrong amount. Luckily this was rectified however no apology was given for sitting at a basin for 30 minutes.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have difficult hair and Raymond always manages to create something that makes you feel great. He listens to what you want, works his scissor magic and always creates a hairstyle that makes you feel good

I really like going to Julie, she knows what I want, treats my hair well and we have a good conversation along with it. The salon itself is clean, professional and welcoming.

Another great Suyo experience today. Personalised, professional and relaxing. Have been a customer for a few years now and have always been delighted with the results of each visit. Colourists have really listened and responded to my specific needs. Meena is great stylist and we always have good chat! Lovely junior staff too and can always rely on a good head massage! Would highly recommend the Suyo salon for a real treat!

Due to a bereavement etc. I hadn't been to Suyo for some time and was a little dubious about facing everyone. My apprehension was unfounded and I was soon put at ease. The cut was brilliant as usual along with the atmosphere in the salon, and I felt alot better for the experience. Although I am moving to Lancashire I will definitely be visiting Suyo and would definitely recommend it.

Terrence cut my hair how i requested , gave me exellent advice on style changes im considering. Demi did my colour she was very professional and cheerful which brightened the day. Very pleased with hair.

I love visiting the salon. Everyone is always friendly and it’s very relaxed. A great haircut every time I go. And I like it that Adrian always makes suggestions and it’s different every time I go.

Can you believe it? After 45 or more years I still go to Adrian for all my hairdressing! Never been disappointed, willingly accept the styling advice he offers and look forward to successive appointments knowing I, like others, can be assured of his client commitment!!
