Nicole is friendly and professional, the treatments provided were tailored to meet my needs and I thoroughly enjoyed both treatments. I have been having beauty treatments at The Essentials since their first year of opening in 2002!
Today I was excited to try the Katherine Daniel's Bespoke Skin Facial.
I would like to thank Sarah for my excellent treatment. We discussed my skin concerns and she was very informative. The facial was fantastic and wow the results were amazing! Having had a bad flare up recently due to eczema, my dry, red swollen face has been transformed. My skin is clear and bright with no signs of redness or swelling and my cheekbones look defined and plumped.
I would highly recommend this treatment. Thank you again Sarah, you're a star!

Thought I had booked eyebrow and lashes online but my error had only booked lashes but Amy sorted me for both treatments. Excellent service as usual

I’ve been coming to Essentials for a few months now and I won’t go anywhere else. Super helpful staff and friendly and comfortable environment!

Had eyebrows tint and wax and a bikini wax. Missed one appointment and would have missed the second if they hadn’t have called me. Very accommodating and understanding. I’ve used them a few times now after my normal therapist has gone on maternity leave, it’s always daunting using someone new when you e used the same person for years. Salon is clean and friendly and the rooms are chilled and spa like, they offer a great range of treatments also. Again thank you girls for getting me holiday ready. :)

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Everyone is brilliant and Laura is a superb therapist and all my treatments with her are perfect! :)

This was my first time going to the Coleshill Salon and I loved it. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Amy was very professional and my facial was amazing. I hadn’t been having the greatest day, but afterwards I felt so much more relaxed! I have booked in for next month and will be making this a monthly treat for myself. Thank you Amy ?
