Transformed my dull blonde into a fabulous cool mink brown !!!! I just want to express how charming and super knowledgeable Pam was.
She exceeded all my expectations...I recently underwent nose surgery before the appointment so was still sore..Pam was kind and mindful of this. The colour was a 100% match to what I wanted.

So Happy with the service provided and my haircut. Amelia is friendly, informative and listens to exactly how you want your hair. Highly Recommend you visiting if you want a haircut :)

The experience was brilliant, the stylist( Victoria) was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me some great advise. The haircut was great, I loved it.

I was taken care of by Capar, Jim and they were both very lovely people that you can tell really love their work as everything they did seemed be with so much love. All the other staff that welcomed me were also extremely helpful and sweet. But of course, the quality is what I go to Toni and Guy for. I’ve been to this chain of hair salons in different cities and I have never been disappointed with the result. Same goes for the Birmingham salon. The result was far beyond my expectations! Absolutely love my new hair. A huge thanks to everyone who made this happen.

A lovely man. Did a good job with my hair. Thank you Jim. But at the same time I wasn’t happy that I had to go back in only 15 days to get my grey’s done again and pay £85. I know it wasn’t the salon’s fault but as professionals you guys should know that if someone has grey hairs and has told you about they problem of it then it should be sorted the first time and if it has to be done again at least give a discount for it not charge them full price or do it for free.

I’m delighted with my hair colour , I’ve had lots of compliments already ❤️

She did a really amazing job, listened to me, helped create something really cool and I feel fantastic. Also, as a wheelchair user the accessibility and attitudes of the staff were spot on. So great to be treated like a human rather than a problem ❤ Would recommend to anyone.

Let me start by saying the atmosphere was lovely and Pam did an amazing job with my hair! All of the staff are incredibly friendly as well so I want to say thank you for that.
What completely ruined it though was the price!! It was almost double the price this time and this is the third time I have had a balayage, cut and blow dry with a treatment. I was even quoted £140 on the phone which was for the balayage and cut, the treatment was only £30 more so I don’t understand still how it was £240?! I have to be honest this completely ruined my experience and although I love my hair I will definitely be looking elsewhere to get this done in future.

U had a haircut which wasn't the cut l wanted, I was re booked to see Casper and honestly the service and cut was beyond my expectation. Felt welcomed valued and my desired look achieved. Just brilliant. 10/10

Great haircut experience again with Pam today - professional and friendly service ???

i first met Casper on your 1st post covid appointment. Due to ongoing illness he was understanding and came up with a style and plan. Today...THE PLAN took shape and im DELIGHTED. What a professional. What a gent. I would also add that I have been truely charmed from arrival to the sweet lady who rebooked me and assisted. FAB FAB FAB.

What a bubbly knowledgeable lady. She also does the best head massage ever. A real credit to the salon.

Brilliant experience

Jim is a friendly person. This was my first time every having highlights done. He explained me what will look nice on me and just done it. What I wanted I got it. Which was a natural looks. From now on wards I’ve found a good hair dresser and I will be going back in 8 weeks time to highlights and colour done again. Very happy with my results even my family loved it. Thank you Jim and see you soon again.

After a long absence it was wonderful to come back and get an expert cut from Caspar. Always a great experience and even more after so long away.

It’s been years since I’ve had an haircut by professionals. Serena is such a lovely lady she made me feel better about myself as I was fed up of the same hairstyle for more than 30 years. I wanted my hair to be short and that’s what Serena did and she also said would you like to have layers in what/ how you feel about it. I was happy to yes please whatever looks nice on me just do and she also said it suits me. My family were so happy to see me with a different hairstyle and got so much complements from everyone even my neighbour. So thank you Serena and I will be back again to have my haircut from you lovely lady.

It has always been lovely, the color is really nice and Jimmy awesome like usually, but regarding the haircut ... I left the salon really disappointed... The worst haircut I've ever had...in my opinion the girl who made my cut didn't have enough experience.
Really sad...because i will need to go elsewhere to adjust my haircut.
But the other times before lock down has always been awesome! Thank you for the color Jimmy, you are a rock star!

Pam was amazing. She was extremely easy to talk to and my hair turned out perfect! I would completely recommend Toni and guy and Pam in particular. . From a public health point of view (and completely unrelated to Pam) I feel obligated to state that the shields the staff wear protect themselves but does not protect the clients. I’ve had covid already so I wasn’t worried but I think for the sake of others, staff should cover their mouths and noses when within a metre of a customer.

I’ve heard positive experiences off others and thought I’d try and see for myself what it’s like to get a cut from here. It was definitely a great experience and I look forward to coming back in the future. If Caspar sees this I hope he knows that he’s done an amazing job.

Had a little bad experience with Essensuals perhaps a little miscommunication wasn’t happy with result of my hair there..
Zobia Jim Pam called me in the next day to the Toni and Guy salon and coloured my hair complementary and gave me the result I loved so so so happy with my hair Thank you guys #best team!!! See you in 6 months xx

I had my colour done with Lizzie, she was so sweet & lovely. Lizzie did my hair exactly how I wanted and made me feel so comfortable. We had a flow of conversation constantly and she really made me happy with the way my hair turned out at the end
