As always I had an enjoyable experience from the time I walked in to the time I came out. The service, professionalism and friendliness of all the staff I encountered was amazing. It all keeps me coming back. The reception staff are always welcoming, Demi and Lauren are so skilled and talented. Everything is discussed and there has never been a time when they have done my hair, that I've felt disappointed. I looked fab, thanks girls. I got a complimentary treatment for waiting for my cut which was lovely but to be honest it didn't wait long at all and I had magazines and offered drinks whist there. My hair appointments are my pamper time so it's all a pleasant experience. It isn't a cheap do but my time there was worth it. I can't remember the girl's name that washed my hair and did the treatment but she was lovely and has a great personality for the job and is so enthusiastic about colouring, it sounds like she is doing well with her training and I like that Toni and Guy invest so much in the training, the results are all there.
