I went in with long hair, past my shoulders. I showed a photo of what I wanted. I left looking ridiculous and nothing like the requested hair cut. I didn't even complain as I was so gutted and embarrassed and knew the damage was done, I just wanted to get out. The stylist was very friendly and chatty, the salon looked lovely, all staff were attentive, which made it even harder. My hair is ridiculous and I now where a hat. I've looked for an email address to send them a before and after photo along with the requested hair cut, but can't find one anywhere. I can't even describe how bad it is.
