An excellent service with lovely staff who made my niece if 8 yrs feel like a princess x

Have just come me home after taking my daughter Sarah and I for a haircut. We. both found it a very pleasant experience. Friendly, skilled staff who left us both looking very nice. I saw a friend I knew in leaving who commented how nice my hair looked and even my 15 year old lad commented positively. I have been using dial Emma for quite some time and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Came home feeling so spoilt. Victoria made my hair look amazing then Laura finished my holiday look with gorgeous nails. Thank you so much xx

I have been a client of Dialema’s For the last 10 years and there is absolutely no way I’d go anywhere else.
From the moment you walk into the salon the experience is wonderful, you are made to feel valued and welcome and nothing is too much trouble.
The staff actually listen you and are always here willing to advise and their attention to detail is second to none.
I have my hair and nails done and waxing in the past and every time I leave the salon I feel relaxed, pampered and happy.

Not the best experience I have to say considering the prices. It was freezing in the salon, I had to put my gloves on while I had my hair done. Then while I was having my hair washed it was quite painful as she was being brutal, I had to say something. More than anything I was disappointed with the customer service, I called twice prior to my appointment and on both occasions I received poor service and to make it worse whilst the young girl on the phone was speaking with her colleagues to acquire information I could openly hear everything the salon staff were saying and it sounded as if I was asking them to move the earth when all I was doing was asking for a rough quote. Not sure if I’d go back.

For someone who was very nervous coming in to get my hair done it was a lovely atmosphere and Reb the stylist who did my hair was amazing loved the whole experience thank you so much rebooked in 9 weeks time xx

I have my finger nails manicured every three weeks by Laura.
She is the epitome of professionalism,always happy and smiling and possesses a great sense of humour. I have found her to be a patient listener and quick to give helpful adivice when asked. These characteristics are evident in all of the staff and appear to be a product of their training which makes going there a pleasant experience which is difficult to fault!

Regularly attend this salon for myself and my son. Have seen the salon transform as I have been going here since I was young myself. The staff are so lovely and understanding with great experience! Always happy with result! I would highly recommend them for all ages!
