Not the best experience I have to say considering the prices. It was freezing in the salon, I had to put my gloves on while I had my hair done. Then while I was having my hair washed it was quite painful as she was being brutal, I had to say something. More than anything I was disappointed with the customer service, I called twice prior to my appointment and on both occasions I received poor service and to make it worse whilst the young girl on the phone was speaking with her colleagues to acquire information I could openly hear everything the salon staff were saying and it sounded as if I was asking them to move the earth when all I was doing was asking for a rough quote. Not sure if I’d go back.
