My own hairdresser let me down and so I booked here for the 1st time on Friday 20 May 2021. I showed a colour of what I wanted and it is no where near what I requested. When I booked I was quoted £130 however got to the till and was charged £170, for colour only! I had a balayage and wanted ash blond. The colour is the same as what I had before which is caramel but slightly lighter. I was offered some bonding treatment in the colour but refused as I was at the top of my budget with quote.
I am not sure what the extra £50 was for at all! I have not got the colour I wanted, Despite having a skin test my scalp has itched all night and day, I am really disappointed with the result. I had a specific colour in mind and it does not look like I have had anything done. A friend of mine has had the colour lifted straight from dark brown to ash blonde at a different hairdressers so I don't believe that it is impossible. I thought I would go here due to it being well known for its colouring reputation!
