Angela was lovely to deal with in trying to sort an appointment She recommended a ‘make up and go ‘ for my sons wedding as I don’t usually wear make up and wanted a light natural make up . I spoke with Lydia before the appointment and she really put my mind at rest . She was lovely and listened . On the day she did a beautiful job , just what I wanted . I totally recommend Lydia. However I was not impressed with other staff members . A member of staff arrived half way through my make up and asked Lydia to move her car and she calmly told them she would be a short time and was then going . The second I left the chair I was asked to move my car by the same member of staff …. Which I did , re - entered and was immediately asked to pay , instead of the expected £25 I was charged the full £50 for a half hour appointment and in the confusion of that and my daughter being visibly upset after her wasted hair styling left without being given my coat or promised pots to refresh my make up before the wedding ( lips and fixing powder) I realised when I got home and had to drive back across Sutton to collect . A very rude receptionist eventually got my coat for me and told me I she couldn’t do anything about the fixing powder or lips stuff and I would have to return in the afternoon ( impossible as at wedding !) .

Therapist was nice, had a facial and a massage but wasn’t anything special. Had treatments at other places for a lot less money so quite disappointed. Used the hair salon a few times and the experience is really good, based on that was expecting a little more from the beauty treatments
This was the best facial I’ve ever had, it went above and beyond my expectations. Amanda took the time to find out what my skin needed and then used the fabulous products expertly. It was so relaxing and my skin feels wonderful. Will definitely be booking another facial here, thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing! Gave me a selection of choices for the aromatherapy oils. A very worthwhile massage which helped release some pent up stress from working in the NHS.
Absolutely feel so relaxed after and I definitely smell amazing too. I chose the rosemary and mint.

This was my first time ever coming to a salon for a hair cut, and the experience was so great - my hair has literally never looked better and I was so well looked after by Mush. He totally put me at ease, explained everything to me, and clearly really cared about ensuring that I had a good experience. I cannot recommend Pure Hair and Spa enough, I already can’t wait to come back!

From the second I arrived the experience at your salon was “relaxing”
There was a warm friendly greeting, a delicious complimentary Aveda tea. A pleasant, unhurried consultation followed by the lovely massage with Aveda oils.
My haircut is just as I wanted and I appreciated the time Mushin spent in the consultation to understand what I was asking for, and also to make sure I understood the up keep of my new style. I’m very happy with the result.

My appointment today was for a roots colour and finish. No cut. My appointment was at 1 30. I thought I'd be finished within 2 hours easily. I'd arranged to pick up my granddaughter from school.
As it was, I was kept waiting with my colour on for an hour, while my stylist was with another client having an elaborate French plait type hairstyle discussed, done and undone several times. Finally, the client had her hair tongued to finish off the hair not plaited.
By the time the stylist got back to me I was trying to contact family members to collect my granddaughter from school, I would not otherwise have been on my phone while having my hair done.
I was not even given an apology for the delay.
There was no one else available to assist her.
In my opinion a client requiring such a long consultation should have been given an additional appointment and should not have affected the normal clients.

I have tried to call you a couple of times and have left a voicemail to say that I agree totally and that I have spoken to Abi and she agrees too that she needs to try to have the confidence to be honest with guests looking to have more done to their hair than they are booked in for and explain politely that there is a set time allotted and she can't go over that.
