I have been going to Becky at Toni & Guy for over 10 years & moved with her from Walsall to Wolverhampton as I couldn’t bear the thought of her not doing my hair!
The Wolverhampton salon is well run & I’m always made to feel welcome by the staff. I have had a lot of different things done to my hair over the years with Becky and she always goes out of her way to achieve what I want but is always honest about the results & manages my expectations. We all go in thinking we can immediately go from one colour to another easily but Becky has always been upfront with me about the results. I appreciate this as some salons may just agree with the customer & it usually ends in disaster! My colour & cut looks amazing every time.
Becky is great with my 5 year old & is always happy to cut her hair no matter how busy the salon is. My daughter loves her visits.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and you feel valued as a customer. I cannot recommend the salon highly enough!
