After a bad experience, Abbie completely restored my faith. Listened to what I wanted, talked me through what she was doing and made me feel comfortable. As a TTM sufferer it takes a lot to visit a hair dresser as my hair is patchy. I wasnt made to feel bad about my hair.... I explained the situation( along with another sylist) and I want made to feel bad about my hair. I've come away feeling happy with my cut and feeling confident again.
