nice relaxed feel as i walked in the door, jess made time to listen first & then a comfortable wash, onto the cut even guiding me to correct blow drying of style. the finishing of purfect cut no stay ends. She made me feel sooo much better than when i walked in.

Love going to see Jack at HAIR, always so friendly and professional and noone cuts my hair better in Chichester ! So many salons locally feel so clinical these days but I always leave the salon at HAIR feeling like I’ve had a five star experience every time!

I arranged the appointment today with I thought, the owner, for my daughter to have a cut and blow dry with Carina for the price of £30 as my daughter is anew customer. She was charged £47 which was not happy to pay, but did not like to challenge it as she did not make the appointment and would not have agreed to pay that amount. However, there seems to have been a lack of communication at the salon which caused this problem and I believe she should receive a refund. Please confirm this is the case and advise when either she or I will be able to collect it. Many thanks. Deborah Ward

Smart, professional, put at ease, relaxed, and carina was very informative about my hair, and product based, at a relaxed gentle pace. A quaint little salon if you find larger salons a little intimidating. And full marks to you Carina I went shopping after you did my hair and a shop assistant commented how nice it looked, so thank you.

Brendon was brilliant. I left feeling so much happier with my hair. It looked sleek and stylish for once.... I went in with a birds nest!

After my previous hair salon closing down I was anxious about trying somewhere new. However I was delighted to find such a fabulous salon gorgeous decor, lovely staff and a excellent cut all delivered with excellent attention to detail ! Will now be booking regularly with Binki who is a star!

My 6 year old wanted a bob and to send her cut hair to charity for a wig - Jack looked it up on the internet and cut her hair with care & style.
