Worst spend of £100. Colour-not what I asked for, trim-not what I asked for, ruined my hair and my day. Did not go back to fix it due to lack of trust. Very disappointed, service was very rushed, place was overbooked, management seem pushy. Had to get cut and colour the next day some place else to fix it which did cost me extra. Would not go back and would not recommend.

Daughter had hair lower than her waist, went in for a trim but somehow can out with hair below her shoulder blades.
