I enjoyed my hair appointment as usual - so professional but also friendly and relaxing and I always feel spoilt.
If I were to make one observation - I had a hot towel conditioning treatment today and I was expecting to have the heated towel on my head for a little while longer - I’m not convinced that pressing the towel against the head for a few seconds is enough to penetrate and really condition - but the longer head massage was great.
