The staff were all very nice and attentive, as was my hairdresser who always asked me what I wanted and made sure I was happy. It isn't the most impressive cut I've had but I'm not that happy with my hair length anyway (I'm growing it out from a Bob) so I don't think that was Katy's fault. Either way, I'd probably go back.
