TONI&GUY Horsham

Horsham Toni and Guy are quite simply the best salon I have used and I can list other prestigious London Salons in my comparisons. At every stage, from the moment I arrive, they are attentive and welcoming. My colourist is a wizard and my cutter achieves things I never thought possible for my hair. I trust the advice and my hair has benefited significantly from applying it. Highly recommended.

I go here every 6 weeks and so does my husband, charlotte cuts both pur hair and she is amazing, always cuts it fabulous and is a lovely person too. Cannot recommend this salon enough! Just book an appointment and you will see.

Great cut!

I made a last minute booking for a cut and blow dry. It was not with the hairdresser I had before but with a lady call Lucy. And despite it being the first time she cut my hair, Lucy instantly understood what I wanted and was very accommodating. The result, I came out looking fab!

I enjoy ambiance at T and G's. Nicky's always on time, cuts my hair very well and I'm not in the salon for hours!

Emma and her team offer a faultless service. Most of my appointments are on a Saturday when the salon is probably at its busiest but everyone remains calm, professional and friendly. They also serve great coffee.

I ran in on a Saturday morning desperate to get a haircut as my usual hairdresser cancelled and I was going travelling for a while on the Tuesday. I didn't expect to get any appointment but they booked me in for half an hour after I asked! I had a cut with Nikki who was really lovely and made me feel right at home! I'll definitely be switching completely to Toni&Guy!!

All staff are lovely & friendly greeting me by my Christian name which I think make all the difference Ellie who has done my hair forever is absolutely brilliant

The staff are always friendly & welcoming.I have a consultation every time I visit & given good on advice on which products are best for my hair.Refreshments are frequently offered .

Rachel is the best hairdresser I have ever had. She really cares about her clients. I think of her as a friend.

I had such a lovely experience at Horsham Toni and Guy today, it was relaxing and I felt totally pampered. Both stylists did an amazing job with my colour and cut, I don't think I've ever been so happy with the look and feel of my hair!!

Excellent colour as usual by the lovely Clare - who has been colouring my hair for about 18 years since she was a junior. What lets the side down is the blow dry. As I have my hair cut elsewhere I get whoever is available - normally a trainee or junior stylist to blow dry my hair. Unfortunately they do not listen to me and dry my hair in their way and try to style it when it is still very wet. Consequently having spent £130 on my colour and treatment I leave the salon looking and feeling like crap. The only time I ever get a decent blow dry is if a senior stylist does it. Frustrating and disappointing!

As a new client wanting full head of foil highlights and a cut, my colour technician, Laura, discussed what I would like to aim for and what she would recommend for my hair, before asking Chloe to join in with the cutting aspect. I am super happy with both cut and colour, and with the advice and styling techniques they both offered.

Lucy cut my hair and did a great job as always. I am always amazed at the level of how personal and individualised the service is. All staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make the experience pleasant and enjoyable

I've been going to Tony & Guy for 20 years! Great service lovely atmosphere! The only issue I have is when the trainee's wash your hair, they spill too much water from rinsing & water is running in your ears

I left this salon some years ago because I moved house and it takes me nearly an hour to drive to Horsham. I tried various salons (including Chichester Toni and guy) but returned when Emma took over as manager and I've stayed ever since. The quality of the hairdressing is just the best and the staff are lovely. I won't go anywhere else!
