Salon had a.nice atmosphere - Scott was attentive & not rushed - overall a very uplifting experience

Excellent regular colour with Scottie and cut by Emma. Always made to feel welcome.

Charlotte always makes my hair look good and this time was no exception. A cut tailored skilfully to what suits me. Plus no need for me to talk, ?. Charlotte is very good with people who chat, and with me who doesn’t it’s so good to feel no pressure to ask and answer questions. I can relax and know I’m in good hands. Lucy always cuts my hair beautifully so it falls just right and if I don’t want to, I don’t need to style or blow dry it. she is also lovely to talk to and makes the whole experience enjoyable! Highly recommend!

I love the head massage as part of the experience and Emma my hair technician is as always fantastic she knows exactly what I like. Having very fine and a very short pixie style I struggle to style it as I like a little bit of spike but a bit ruffled too she took me through the products and how to apply them and his to use my fingers to create different style.
I can’t praise her enough

The result of my colour and cut was lovely. Disappointed that I now have to sit for ages with foil in my hair instead of going under the heat dryer for quicker colour development. Also not impressed that the colourist left to get her own hair coloured whist I sat with the foil in. Lastly, I had arrived on time for my appointment only to be kept waiting for 15 mins in a chair before I was attended. There was no apology or explanation. If the cut and colour had not been great I would have demanded my money back. N Reindl

Emma and her team are just very, very good at what they do. Some people may find them a little expensive but that’s a fundamental life lesson - you get what you pay for. If you care about how you look and wish to be treated with respect then look no further.
