Superb salon managed by Emma and her amazingly friendly and competent team....also good coffee. Highly recommend for a spoiling experience

The team in Horsham are brilliant from start to finish. The only salon where what style and colour you ask for, you leave with. Hannah is awesome!

I attend monthly for regrowth appointments and the staff are all above and beyond in terms of their professionalism and the service they provide. Hannah does a fabulous job every time and always ensures she discusses with you your thoughts on the previous colour and gives you time to discuss other options available. They always greet you and ensure you have a magazine and a refreshment within minutes of your arrival and they remain attentive throughout your appointment.

My first (and last) visit today felt like I was in a sausage factory. Scotty and Hayley did their best to be professional and to manage their tasks, well.
I wasn't with the colourist I'd been confirmed with. The time spent at the salon was almost 3 hours - unnecessarily lengthy for my services.
It felt noisy, overcrowded and wholly not a welcoming experience.
At no time was I made to feel that I (nor my custom/business) was in any way, valued.
Disappointing.

I met with Hayley today who listened to me and offered her advice on how to help sort out the mess of hair on my head. Hayley listened and completely got me and my style and I left the salon feeling amazing.
I will be back for your expertise again soon!

Excellent service, as always: friendly welcome, good conversation throughout, good knowledge of customer's past hair history, good hair wash and head massage and lots of coffee and water. Prompt payment and talk through of next appointments. A very enjoyable experience and I always leave more relaxed than when I arrive.

I like to spend my time in other ways than pfaffi f with my hair. That means a good cut, so I can have wash 'n' wear hair.

I've been through a lot of hairdressers; either bevause they're inconsistent, or because they just don't get me. Rachel gets me; she gets my hair. I've been with her now for several years, & I won't go anywhere else. Like the rest of the salon, Rachel is a true professional. Everyone behaves with friendly, grownup professionalism. It's a real pleasure. Oh! And the music isn't deafening.

I've been using T&G Horsham for years now and I'm never disappointed. Clare does my colour and Ellie cuts my hair and both of them are lovely. Extremely skilled, very professional and both friendly and warm. The atmosphere is calm and efficient, but cool and pleasant. I'm never kept waiting, always offered refreshments and always leave feeling cared for and happy with my hair.

Scott and Elly did a great hair colour and cut again especially as it was a pre wedding one, all ready for my daughters big day. Thank you girls.

I've been going to T&H horsham for 8 years now. They've always been amazing and the two stylists - and now a colour expert - have always grasped exactly what i'm looking for.
Currently Charlotte cuts my hair and right from the start (4 years ago) she was able to create an individual style out of the random photographs that I presented saying 'i want a mixture of this and this!'
I can't recommend them highly enough.

I'm a relatively new visitor to Toni & Guys in Horsham and am very impressed with all aspects of the salon. The stylists are all very friendly and most importantly advise and cut well. I've had regular compliments about my hair since I've been going so no need to say more!

Just had another amazing toner and blow dry at the Salon. Am always make to feel welcome and receive a personable experience every time I visit no matter how long it has been between treatments. Reception staff are lovely and Hannah is an angel (and a miracle worker) when it comes to colour and blowdrys!

Been going here for 5 years and Emma runs it cut my hair at T&G in Brighton before that. Always happy with the cut and the service and the coffee is good too. Always relaxed and comfortable and all the staff are attentive and friendly. Would always recommend it!!

My hair is the best ever since coming to the salon. Excellent colour by Scott and always happy with the end results! She adapts the colour from time to time and am never disappointed ! Lucy is a superb stylist and listens and always does a fabulous job! All the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. All in all a fab salon .

Very friendly staff who always remember my name, great service and fab hairdressing. I have tried salons closer to home but they weren't as good. My hair is the best it's been for a very long time - not just the colour and cut but the condition of my hair has massively improved.

Always a friendly, efficient service. Have been a customer of the Horsham franchise for years and the quality of care is always exceptional.

I had an early Saturday appointment with Lucy; great cut as always and a nice amount of chat, with plenty of good mags and coffee (and a baileys iced coffee to take home!).
First time having a treatment with a cut too and my hair feels in much better condition.

I just wanted to say that as usual the service was exceptional. I always get a friendly welcome and my hair always gets cut in an excellent way. Please keep this up and make sure she gets a pay bump! She has earned it.

Lovely friendly staff, always made to feel welcome and very well run. I never have any issues at all. I highly recommend this salon. Toni and Guy salons are expensive but I dare not go anywhere cheaper as I wouldn't trust anyone else to do such a good job.

I moved to Horsham last year and I have been lucky enough to find a great salon with talented, friendly staff who never fail to make me look - and feel - great every visit.
Always a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the lovely ladies go out of their way to look after me. This is top class pampering and its worth every penny.

Friendly salon and great hair cut!

I've been going to Toni & Guy in Horsham for about 3 years now. I always see Nicky who is absolutely brilliant- never fails to enhance my tired locks! I am particularly impressed by their honesty- I wanted to colour my grey hair but was given the options and was persuaded NOT to colour- which, given my expectations was definitely the correct advice! This, in my experience is very unusual and has reinforced my opinion that in fact Toni & Guy Horsham are the only place to go! Thanks to all especially Nicky & Laura
