I made an appointment to go to this salon this morning with my 2 children after checking the prices online, where it states prices start from £5 for children. I pay £5 each at their regular salon my son is 2 years old and my daughter is 5 they both had a short trim which took 10 min. I went to the till expect to pay my usually £10 and to my horror they told me the bill was £36 I disputed this and said u spent 10 min on them giving them a short trim this is not a fair charge and the hairdressers would not budge, they didn't have a wash and blow dry it was simply a short trim for my son and half an inch off my daughters hair. The customer service was a disgrace and the charge was scandalous. I will never be taking my children here again.
