I had followed an old hairdresser to this salon when she moved, then she left on maternity - but really didn't like the new location or atmosphere. Parking was an issue and the whole service in the salon changed. It became more about the products and hard sell, it was more like a pushy sales pitch then a consultation. I felt really uncomfortable. Not great hair results, standard highlights.
