Whilst most of the salon staff are warm and welcoming, the more senior members of staff are rude. Whilst half way through having my hair done, an older male member of staff came over and took the hair straightners my hairdresser was using off her to do his own clients hair. He did not even bother to acknowledge me or apologise and explain why he was taking them. For the prices they charge the service should be absolutely perfect and it is a shame that someone who looked like they were in a position of authority such as management is letting the team down. Not only that, my hair then had to be done with smaller hair straightners thus I did not get the look I wanted. Disappointing.
