Amazing service, kind, friendly and so helpful. Left me feeling refreshed and really happy with my new look. Honestly, I could not thank Ashleigh anymore and her tips and tricks have worked a treat because, I am extremely happy with my new look. What an asset to what seemed like a really lovely team.

From the moment I sat in the chair, Ellie was so friendly and professional, took me through the process stage by stage, gave me an understanding of what she was doing to my hair, (which quite frankly was a first) when finished my looked and felt really good, I will return

Excellent cut as usual

I came in to tranquil on the 18th June at 11am to get a pedicure and a manicure. It was so nice and relaxing. I really do apologise I can not remember the girls name. I think it was Lauren but I can not remember 100% (sorry)! We went upstairs for the treatment, it is one of the best places I have been to get my nails done. A week later and my gel nails look amazing. I have already booked in to come and see her again. She listened to what I wanted. The lady was professional, polite and made the treatment feel unique for me. Thank you and I am really looking forward to coming back in a few weeks time.

We love Tamara. She is amazing with Grayson who is 5. She is so attentive, kind and professional. All the staff are really welcoming and make the salon a lovely environment to be in.

Ella made us feel very welcome and has a friendly approach. She put my daughter at ease and she really listens to what you want when it comes to styling hair. We were both very happy with our new hairdos. Highly recommended.

I haven't been for awhile, but was so pleased to get my hair cut by Ashleigh. She's a very competent stylist, professional but at the same time chatty and friendly.

This was my first time at the salon and the ladies were very kind and welcoming from the start which put me at ease. I showed Tamara how I would like my hair coloured and she was very realistic with my requests and didn't give me any false hope which I appreciated. I was well looked after throughout and my hair turned out absolutely amazing! I'm so so pleased with it and I've been getting compliments from people all day today! Thank you so much Tamara and thank you to the other ladies for being so welcoming. I will definitely be returning :)

Due to a delay in my train I was running late. Thankfully the receptionist said I was still able to attend providing I wasn't too late. She was lovely.

Once there Tamara listened to what I wanted with regards to the colour and cut. Tamara explained the process, showed me lots of colour shades and put me at ease.
The girl that washed my hair was very professional, asking if the water was the right temperature and if the pressure she was using when conditioning was ok. It was so lovely and relaxing.

My hair colour and cut is exactly, if not better than I expected.
