Ella the therapist was totally professional in her job, she was very polite and made me feel at ease during the massage procedure, I cannot praise her highly enough. I will most certainly attend again and highly recommend this "salon"

Not been to a salon for 15years. I was so nervous but Ella and the othe staff kept me calm thorugh out making me cups of tea and letting me talk away until I calmed my nerves. The salons is a busy place but they worked so well as a team to keep everything running smoothly. I was more than satisfied with my cut and colour and nearly cries I love love love it. ❤️ thankyou so Muvh Ell can't wait for my next appointment and I'm looking forward to bringing my little girl for her first hair cut. ? thankyou again for being patient and getting a hair plan ? ill defiantly be back was so relaxed throughout. ? brilliant staff, friendly and full of advice and listen and attentive. I booked a massage and facial package the night before on a whim. My therapist was Olivia (not listed above) and she was great. Totally worked out lots of the issues in my neck/shoulder area with great firm pressure but she had a fantastic light touch when doing my facial.
Will def be booking again

Such a lush massage. My back has never felt better, I was so impressed! The room and bed were a little cold but other than that I really enjoyed it. Think we ran out of a bit of time at the end because my back had so many knots in, but no major complaints :)

Olivia was my therapist.
Swedish massage facial hand & arm massage was very relaxing . Relieved built up tendon as well as niggling aches. Felt like I was floating on air afterwards.
Olivia is very experienced and I would highly recommend. She explained after care, and gave feedback on products used.

Laura was friendly and very easy to talk to. A lovely hair experience ☺️

Absolutely disgraceful service..
After visiting this salon and two previous for over ten years as a loyal customer along with my family, I had cause to question the price of a tiny trim on one side of a fringe only, which had doubled in price in six weeks, I was in the chair exactly 15 minutes.
I addressed the issue while in the salon only to be brushed off!
I felt so aggrieved I decided to call, only to be told in a patronising manner and receive a lecture on the cost of living crisis!
I was advised to email head office …to which I’m still awaiting the link she promised to send to me….as she said I’ll refund half the cost but I won’t book you another appointment!
Well that’s absolutely fine because myself my daughter and granddaughter won’t be visiting again.
We can receive much nicer service elsewhere.
As a retired professional I don’t appreciate treatment, or being spoken to in such a rude patronising dismissive way!

The girl from Liverpool was great since Liv was meant to be my stylist. I was told by Ella I could still get my appointment at the same price as before because I'm a regular client but today I didn't rebook because I Will have to pay senior stylist price which is £10 more. I'm a pensioner and can't afford that price.
