Ashleigh did my hair and Olivia did my nails ready for Xmas and I am very pleased with the results, Always a nice friendly atmosphere at Tranquil spa,

Charlotte I think was the name of my hairdresser today. She was so friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoyed our chat whilst she did my hair! I have very long hair and I know it can be quite the task to de mangle but she styled it exactly the way I wanted it to be and my hair feels so healthy now! Thank you for a lovely experience I will definitely be back ?

All the staff are very polite and pleasant, make you feel very welcome. Ellie is really good at what she dose, she listens to what you want to have done she spends time explaining to me what she is going to do with my brows and same with massarge

First time experience at this salon , it was recommended and boy did it live up to expectations! I went in for an eyebrow tidy and tint, unfortunately I did not catch the name of the stylist that worked with me but she did an amazing job she was absolutely lovely and thorough, quick and professional and gentle!
Also amazing value for money will definitely be recommending it to others ??

Booked on the day for my two young daughters to have their hair cut and a brow wax for myself. On arrival we were told they were running late. However staff went the extra mile to get us sorted without much waiting around. Helpful, attentive and cheerful staff, we were impressed and will return.

Lyndsay does an amazing job of my hair love it as always , had it chopped shorter than normal & I love it.

as a deaf person, this was my first time visiting a salon alone and the staff made me feel extremely comfortable, and referred to me by name. I was also in a time crunch and the staff took that into account. the service is amazing, will definitely return and much recommended.

My stylist did the best she could BUT I was kept waiting for half an hour! I was furious and considered abandoning the appointment and never coming back. All my subsequent appointments were late. I think punctuality is important in any circumstance. It shows respect and integrity. U
