My children have used this salon for years with a great hairdresser until recently, our regular stylist left and we tried three different stylist that have all done a poor job. My husband took my children and a graduate cut their hair and made a total mess of it and charged them more than we had paid before £15 a child.
When i rang up to complain a really rude women blamed my toddler saying the cut was bad as he cried and disturbed other people She was so horrible i could not quite believe i was a paying customer of several years. He was scared and if they could not cut it they should have said the cut was so bad i had to take them both elsewhere to sort it out. Despite contacting them the manager never bothered to ring or speak to me. So no i will not be using them and do not recommend them for cutting children hair. They made the childrens pricing up as they went along charging the same for a top stylist as a trainee. I also used to have my hair cut here and i will not be using it
