Will not be returning, made to wait for over 30 minutes then felt rushed by the hairdresser. Who just didn’t feel bothered. Waste of money. Considering how much I was charged. Lady in reception was nice but that’s about it!!

Really sorry to here your visit with us was not the best, however on Saturday Robert was fully booked and was very poorly, but he wanted to come into work to ensure his clients got their appointments. Robert is a very committed member of staff here at TONI&GUYLEEDS and i very rarely have complaints against him, i will pass this message on. My apologises for this experience, if you are willing to come back to the salon, we will offer you a free hair spa treatment.
