The haircut I received was pretty basic. He didn't listen to what I initially said, misunderstood and decided not to put any layers in. I asked for layers, he only put them in the back. So I asked for layers in the front, he put hardly any in, only long ones, even though I said at the beginning I didn't like that. He put in a ridiculous looking long fringe, I had to ask him to sort it out, the result ended up being a too short fringe. He didn't bother putting any product in, even though the fringe needed something to stop it wafting in my eyes. I think he was possibly rushing for his next client.
I wasn't even offered a drink, even though everyone around me was being offered and brought drinks!
To sum up, my opinion of Toni&Guy has gone way down. Last time I came the stylist Daci did an amazing cut but I found out he's not there anymore.
I won't be returning to get an overpriced, average cut.
