Staff very polite attending to all my needs. Lovely magazines to read and salon warm and clean. There was a power cut whilst my hair was still wet. Staff acted very sensibly and safely, checking the fuses, making sure the customers were alright and offering me a discount as I had to go home with wet hair on a very chilly morning.
I suggest some kind of generator to use to dry hair should this happen again.
