Hi - first time I have used Roland John and I will definitely be back! The whole experience was wonderful from feeling pampered by the magazines and the drinks menu to the friendly and polite team. Harriet did my colour and cut. Having had the same hair style for over 20 years I was rather nervous of having a change and had no idea what I wanted. Harriet helped me decide and was spot on.
