6 weeks since worse haircut of my life! Asked for trim and showed picture of style I wanted. The crown was cut to under 1” and stood on end for 5 weeks! In my 60’s and wanted conservative modern style. Had to put gel on to keep crown hair flat and just returned from day to Bristol where hairdresser attempted to blend hair on crown with rest of hair... she was shocked it was cut so short and did her best to give me some shape! Roland John was defensive and most arrogant when I suggested they refund me!! The salon in Bristol have said, all being well 2 more trims over next 10 weeks should give me some shape and a style to suit me! My family and friends keep looking at me in disbelief at the mess my hair is! Absolutely gutted and angry!
Mrs English I am going to delete this feedback as you already left your review on the 14th August of 3 1/2 stars. You have since called the salon, e-mailed and left a facebook review (which you then cancelled) and on each occasion we replied civilly but you have refused to speak to the stylist or Roland. You left the salon saying it was the best haircut you had ever had and left a generous tip for the stylist. As I said during our facebook conversation I am not going to get into a heated debate with you on social media.
