I didn't want to leave a negative review at all as Martha was lovely. My expectations were likely too high. I usually have my hair cut at home but wanted to treat myself. I was a customer of RJ in the past and always enjoyed the salon extras like a head massage. I wasn't offered this. I booked a graduate stylist to keep the cost down at £38 but I wish now I'd paid the extra. My blow dry was painful and left my hair looking frizzy and on inspection this morning a section looks longer than the other side.
I'm sorry to leave a negative review and as I said, Martha was lovely and I apologise if my expectations were too high for the price I paid.
