I had a really pleasant greeting on my arrival at the studio. My first visit, 2 weeks ago I turned up with an unruly mass on my head. Hazel was brilliant! She was full of advice as I just didn't know quite what to do with it so I went with her suggestion and so pleased I did. I have natural curl and it was cut into a graduated Bob that looks fab left alone also straightened it looks very chic. Since having it done I've played around with it just to get get used to having a shorter style,I've had so many compliment! You have one very happy lady here, thankyou Hazel.

I asked the hairdresser to take 3inches off the length of my hair. She asked if I wanted the same length all over or layers. I asked for same length all over. When I returned home my husband informed me I had 3 areas of my hair that was still 3 inches longer than the rest of my hair. I paid £33 for a dry hair cut and had to cut the 3 areas the hairdresser missed when I got home. Very disappointed.

Absolutely loved meeting Kim. I am 46 with naturally curly, mixed Caribbean hair and have never truly embraced my curls or been shown how to manage them properly. Kim did a curl by curl cut, discussed tips for washing and caring for my hair, none of which I was aware of previously, Kim used only curl products to treat and work with my natural curl. Lovely to be pampered, lovely to spend time with such a professional, knowledgeable lady. I am so pleased with my hair and how I can manage it going forward. I will be back on a regular basis and have now switched to using the products Kim uses.

Again another brilliant appointment I don't have natural curly hair but Kim advice to me before I went on holiday was very helpful used only curls hydrating curl creme used every day saved my hair from sun sea and chlorine not afrizzy curl in site thankyou I will continue to use the product I highly recommend it

Staff were on hand as soon as I reached the salon. I had a shampoo and blow dry. It was up to the usual standard and done well within time. All done in a friendly and professional manner.
