Wonderful balayage with Lauren today. We went through a thorough consultation at the start so Lauren knew exactly what I wanted to achieve. Lots of care and attention given whilst I was having my hair done and the best blow dry I’ve ever had too! Absolutely in love with my hair-thank you so much!

I had a digital eyebrow appointment today at The Sanctuary, Carrie was amazing! She was very reassuring and allowed plenty of time for my appointment to make sure I was happy with my treatment. Carrie was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process of the appointment in detail which was great. I am so happy with the outcome and love my new eyebrows. I cannot thank you enough! I would fully recommend anyone to go and see Carrie if they are keen to get their eyebrows done.

Attended today with my sister and mum for treatments and a pamper before my sisters wedding! The whole team were incredible and really made it a special and relaxing day for us all!! My 2nd visit as new to the area, and have to say it’s probably the best cut I have ever had! I have very thick hair which takes some taming and Lauren has really quickly got to grips with it. Thank you I will definitely be back!

Shauna was great - Millie was quite nervous and didn’t want short hair. Lovely cut and done quickly. Millie got to pick how her hair was done after (2 Elsa plaits). Easy to book and an option for pre payment so we didn’t need to hang around (handy as she wanted to show Daddy her lovely hair!). Lovely salon atmosphere which put her at ease quickly. Thank you!

Shauna is amazing stylist and is so lovely welcoming. I love having my hair cut and blow dried by her and I always come away with my hair looking fantastic. The service is exceptional and all the staff can’t do enough to help.

My first time at the salon & I am thrilled with how Lauren has transformed my curly frizzy dry hair to a shiny glorious head of hair. A lovely relaxing experience in a fabulous setting.
