Great advice given around what might work best for my painful back, totally relaxing and marked improvement already.

I have an eyebrow and eyelash tint every month. I recommend the Manager, Clare if you want this treatment. I’ve also had several Elemis facials and Clare is really professional.

A very relaxing afternoon because I had a stroke recently I couldn’t have the treatment I wanted so Amy improvised and done other treatments which was extremely nice.
Will definitely go again and I will look forward to having the treatment I want which was a Full Body massage

I can’t remember the ladies name who massaged me unfortunately but she was absolutely brilliant!! So friendly and welcoming. Very professional place and will definitely be going back for more massages once my baby has been born.

Amy was lovely and welcoming and tailored everything to suit me best. Lots going on, but made me feel like she had time. I would recommend to others.

I went to Tranquil spa Hagley for the first time, for a treatment. I had an amazing experience. My treatment latest 1 hour.. Amy was very knowledgeable on Elemis as I use these products. She didn’t try to sell products bur gave me tips to enable me to build up my collection. I will definitely be returning.

As usual, a friendly, professional service from start to finish. Totally relaxing, Clare delivers an expert massage.

Tried the aroma candle massage and it was wonderful. Clare is very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. It is great to try different new treatments that are offered.

I enjoyed my visit immensely. and was impressed with treatments that were delivered with a professional skill.

It is 3 weeks since my gel manicure and there was not a chip on any nail. I am so pleased. Sophie has really improved my nails and is a super manicurist.

Had a deep tissue massage with Clare (manager) best massage I’ve had! Felt my aches and stresses melting away. Pleasant atmosphere when entering the salon and greeted with a smile. Came highly recommended by my partner who has been a few times for his back. The first time I’ve ever had the full time for the treatment as well!!! Have booked straight in for my next treatment!
